DISHES AND FOOD

LET’S START

Traditional Drinks:

juice, and orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec), served
over ice and rimmed with salt.
2. Horchata: A refreshing rice-based drink flavored with cinnamon,
vanilla, and sometimes almonds. It is typically served cold and is
popular during hot summer months.
3. Agua Fresca: Translating to "fresh water," it refers to a variety of
fruit-infused beverages. Some popular flavors include
watermelon (sandía), hibiscus (jamaica), and tamarind
(tamarindo).
4. Tequila: A distilled alcoholic beverage made from the blue agave
plant, primarily produced in the state of Jalisco. It can be enjoyed
straight, as a shot with salt and lime, or mixed into cocktails like
the Margarita.
5. Mezcal: Another distilled spirit derived from the agave plant,
Mezcal has a smoky flavor and is typically produced in different
regions of Mexico. It is often sipped neat or used in cocktails.
6. Atole: A warm and comforting drink made from masa (corn
dough), water or milk, sugar, and flavored with cinnamon or
vanilla. Atole is commonly enjoyed during festive occasions.
