we can about the managers in ARQA Company including the Board of Managers we had

organization, along with their mission and vision. Also we talked about the manager’s
experience.

Selected Organization: ARQA DEVELOPMENT GROUP (ADG) is an aspiring Real

Estate Development Company based in Egypt.

Project Description:
During the project, I actively participated in various roles and tasks. Firstly, as a team member, I
collaborated with my group in choosing the company, set objectives, and divide responsibilities.
We conducted extensive research, and regulations relevant to ARQA Company's industry.

My role:
First: I participated in searching and choosing for ARQA Company as our project
Second: I started by conducting questions for the sales admin interview and I conduct more
than 10 question

Third: I started to prepare our material and our presentation template to start work in it.
Fourth: I took the introduction and sales admin interview as content wise and I
helped the whole team to develop their parts using my experience
Fifth: I finished all the presentation data inserting, visuals, and transitions and in the end make
it ready to use it in our presenting day

Skills Utilized:
 Using my technical skills to create professional presentation to deliver our findings
 Utilizing research skills to find and evaluate industry best practices and benchmarks.
 Effectively communicated findings and proposed solutions through a comprehensive
report and presentation.
 Actively participated in group discussions, shared knowledge, and ensured project
deadlines were met.

The link between our course concepts and conducting in-depth interviews with senior
management positions lies in the application of theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
Here's how these concepts was useful in conducting interviews and dealing effectively with them
Leadership and Communication:
 The course concepts on leadership and communication provide a framework for
understanding effective communication strategies and leadership styles.
 When conducting interviews with senior management, applying these concepts can help
establish rapport, ask insightful questions, and facilitate a productive conversation.
 Understanding different leadership styles can also aid in adapting the interview approach
to each individual's preferences and effectively engaging with them.

Organizational Structure and Decision-Making:

 Concepts related to organizational structure and decision-making can provide insights
into how decisions are made within the company and the roles and responsibilities of
senior management.
 This knowledge can help frame interview questions to gain a deeper understanding of
decision-making processes, hierarchical structures, and how senior managers contribute
to overall organizational success.

Strategic Management and Problem-Solving:

 The concepts of strategic management and problem-solving equip individuals with tools
and techniques to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
 During interviews, applying these concepts can help in discussing strategic initiatives,
identifying challenges, and eliciting insights from senior managers on how they approach
problem-solving in their roles.
 The ability to critically analyze responses and connect them to strategic objectives can
lead to more meaningful discussions and generate valuable insights.

Using these concepts during the interview process can prove highly useful in dealing effectively
with senior management interviews. They provide a foundation for asking relevant questions,
understanding the context in which the managers operate, and facilitating insightful
conversations. By applying management concepts, interviewers can demonstrate their
understanding of the organization's dynamics, enhance their credibility, and extract valuable
information that contributes to the overall objectives of the interview process.

Challenges of the project:

 One challenge I encountered was the limited availability of information regarding
ARQA Company's sustainability initiatives. This made it difficult to gather
comprehensive data for analysis.
 The project had a specific timeline, and meeting deadlines while conducting thorough
research and analysis posed a challenge. It required efficient time management and
prioritization.

Response to the challenges:

 To overcome the challenge of limited access to information, I employed multiple
research methods. Before we conducted the interviews with key personnel to gather
additional insights.
 I met the time constraints by creating a detailed project plan with specific milestones
and deadlines. This allowed for effective time management and ensured that tasks
were completed within the allocated time frames.

Effectiveness of the response:

Overall, my response to the challenges was effective. By employing various research
methods, managing time efficiently, and collaborating with the team, I was able to overcome
the challenges faced during the project. This allowed me to gather relevant information,
propose practical solutions, and meet the project objectives within the given timeframe.

Reflecting on my overall learnings from this project, I have gained valuable insights and
skills that I can apply to my self-development moving forward. Here are some key
learnings:
 Conducting extensive research and data analysis for this project enhanced my ability
to gather relevant information, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
 Working as part of a team allowed me to leverage diverse perspectives, share
knowledge, and effectively collaborate towards a common goal. I learned the
importance of effective communication, active listening, and adapting to different
working styles.
 Addressing complex sustainability challenges required applying critical thinking
skills to analyze information, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.

I plan to use these learnings in some steps continuously expanding

knowledge, skill enhancement, embracing challenges, and reflecting on
experiences
Best of Luck 
