I. INTRODUCTION

In this research report we will present a very interesting topic such as virtual

channels, these have become a system that is highly frequented by a large

number of people of all kinds since this helps them to interrelate and thus

strengthen their relationships. personal relationships, such as the search for goods

and services, financial, commercial transactions, this means it is used to carry out

all the activities that are necessary for this 21st century. This instrument even

provides a way for its usufructuaries to carry out their purchases in a virtual way,

known as virtual marketing, due to this, it has been highlighted that the use of this

virtual marketing tool allows the company to obtain a strategic perception in the

market. Medium and small companies use these advances to promote themselves

and at the same time be able to position themselves through digital media. But

having an online presence is not enough since they increasingly have to be more

involved with new digital marketing strategies.

An important factor for all this technological advance to be channeled and used to

the maximum, are the capabilities of the leader in charge of business

management. The leader must be a visionary, since the business world is

constantly changing; For this reason, you must select the information from the

digital media correctly and carefully, which allows you to establish a panorama on

which you can base your decisions. That is why the leader must be positive,

resilient, with active listening, etc. A non-improvised planner leader, who focuses

on processes but also on his staff; that manages to impact on them a change in

the avant-garde business culture. (Acuna, 2021)
