Subject: 70% Scholarship Grant Offered

Dear Mr. Song Koemheang,

I am pleased to congratulate you be offered 70% tuition fee waiver for the 4 years study in BBA in SME
Management under the ERA Scholarship Grant Award.

Your confirmation to accept this scholarship shall be made by Tuesday, January 25, 2023, at 5 P.M.;
otherwise, you are subjected to reject the scholarship grant award.

The new intake starts on 26 January, 2023.

Also, the scholarship awardee shall follow the admission requirements:

1. Pay US$ 60 for Admin Fee annually. This payment includes all such as yearly student insurance,
administrative support services, gym, computer lab, library, ID card, internet, Stimulation Center
for SMEs, and yearly local study tour transport.
2. All tuition fees, besides the full scholarship award, shall be paid before the class starts.
3. The scholarship shall not cover the textbooks and other study materials required.
4. You shall complete the admission form and attach with all required documents including the high
school certification and 3 recent photos.
5. The scholarship shall abide by the school scholarship policy written in the School Handbook.

You are advised to join the orientation session on 25 January, 2023 from 9:00-11:30 A.M. mandatorily.
