(Qinimum Job Responsibilities of HPO II) The minimum job responsibilities of the HPO I in the Regional FHSIS Unit are as follows: 1. Coordinate with FHIS®S Ceendinators in their complete and timely submission of reports by Monthly, Quarteriy amd Amemally; . Coordinate with dierent stakeholders for the submission of national health data reports; Collate, consolidate and validate FHSIS Reports; |. Assist im the comduct of monitoring visits for the implementation of FHSIS version 2018, online (@FHSIS) and Integrated Clinic Information System (iClinicSys); Assist im the conduct of regional data validation and reconciliation activities; ‘Assist in the conduct of trainings, meetings and updates relative to the implementation of FHSIS at the regional level; 7. Attendance to meetings conducted by the EB and the CHD/MOH; 8. Attendance to orientations and trainings conducted by the CHD/MOH, EB and KMITS; 9. Ensure availability and accessibility of FHSIS data at all times for reference by other stakeholders; and 10. Perform other functions as directed by the EB - Office for Health Statistics and Systems Development (EB-OHSSD). Coordinate with FHSIS Coordinators in their complete and timely submission of reports by Monthly, Quarterly and Annually; . Coordinate with different stakeholders for the submission of nationel health data reports; . Collate, consolidate and validate FHSIS Reports; . Assist in the conduct of monitoring visits for the implementation of FHSIS version 2018, OFHSIS and iClinicSys;, Assist in the conduct of provincial data validation and reconciliation activities; 6. Assist in the conduct of trainings, meetings and updates relative to the implementation of FHSIS at the provincial level; 7. Assist in the preparation of the status of reports during Provincial Health Office (PHO), meeting; 8. Attendance to meetings conducted by the EB and CHD/MOH; 9. Attendance to orientations and trainings conducted by the CHD/MOH, EB and KMITS; 10. Ensure availability and accessibility of FHSIS data at all times for reference by other stakeholders; and 11, Perform other functions as directed by the EB-OHSSD.
