    Re : Change request on Fire Certificate

    Dear Sir, Madam,

    We are kindly requesting a change to Wellkin C-Care Hospital’s Fire Certificate (No: MFRS-FC-2022-
    295).

    As per the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) requirements, the name of training institution
    should be figured in the list of occupiers and its activity should be registered under the heading
    'training'.

    Grateful if you could make the below changes on page 6 of the Fire Certificate to comply with what
    the MQA is asking :

    List of occupiers : Fifth Floor

    Occupier : Wellkin Hosp. Staff + Patients + C-Care Training Institution

    Activity : Health Care + Training

    Number of Persons : 110
