• Dynamic parameters

What is the difference between the utm_campaign and afp parameters?

utm_campaign is used for tracking the performance of campaigns and media tools. The codes attributed
to utm_campaign will appear in the reports, when the Tracking Code breakdown is checked.
Note that a maximum of 500 tracking codes can be created per affiliate and therefore the
utm_campaign parameter is not suitable for Click ID tracking.

The afp parameter, however is not limited and can be used for Click ID tracking, or any other code
assigned by the affiliate link. Affiliates using the Leads Report can view the afp content of incoming
traffic by checking the afp breakdown.

individual promotional materials.
