The Sangguniang Barangay Members Assembled in session. The presider Hon. Elbert O.
Baligod called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. Opening Prayer led by Hon. Emilia C.
Basiuang and quorum were being called, followed by the checking of attendance and the reading
of minutes of the previous meeting. The presider opened the table for discussion first agenda
regarding all unfinished projects for 2022 and incoming projects. He also mentioned the
completion of the road near the barangay hall.
 Sangguniang Barangay Member Nestor C. Tulugan suggested putting cleaned stones
rather than mixed gravel for the repair of the road. The body agreed and seconded.

The re-shuffling of the purok leaders was also raised, and suggestions were made by
Sangguniang Barangay Member Susana T. Gauani to maintain their respective purok. Receiving
a majority of votes in favor of the suggestion to maintain their respective purok designation, the
body agreed that Sangguniang Barangay Member Charlie A. Contreras will be in Purok 01,
Sangguniang Barangay Member Silvino T. Zingapan will be in Purok 02, Sangguniang Barangay
Member Nestor C. Tulugan will be in Purok 03, Sangguniang Barangay Member Jesus D. Blado
will be in Purok 04, Sangguniang Barangay Member Ronald P. Camba will be in Purok 05, and
Sangguniang Barangay Member Emilia C. Basiuang will be in Purok 06.

Road Clearing was also scheduled on January 07, 2023, at Purok 06. Sangguniang
Barangay Member Charlie A. Contreras mentioned to the group that plastic wrappers and bottles
were scattered along both sides of the road and trees are robustly growing. Sangguniang
Barangay Member Susana T. Gauani suggested that all barangay officials and workers are
required on the set date to clean for the whole day, and it was approved by the body.

Reminders were also given by the Punong Barangay to all officials to make their plans
for CY 2023 regarding their respective committees starting January 2023.

The meeting ended and adjourned at 11:30 AM.
