Dear Hon. Alme Rhummyla G. Nicor-Mangilimutan,

Warm greetings! We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. The Sangguniang Kabataan of
Barangay Cabacungan, are writing to request for a service vehicle and if it would be so kind, a small
amount of financial aid for the participants of the Negros Occidental Sepak Takraw tournament to be
held on 21st – 23rd of April 2023.

Our office, in partnership with Cabacungan Sepak Takraw Club and local athletes of La Castellana, will be
sending participants to represent La Castellana for Negros Occidental Sepak Takraw Tournament that is
hosted by the UNISTAI (United Negros Island Sepak Takraw Association Inc.) in collaboration with the
Province of Negros Occidental. We are expecting around 35 athletes and officials to participate in the
tournament, and we want to ensure their convenience and safety during their stay.

As such, we kindly request your office to lend us a service vehicle for the duration of the tournament.
This will be used to transport participants as well as equipment to and from the venue. We also request
a small financial aid to cover minor expenses such as meals, water, and other supplies.

Rest assured that we will use the said resources responsibly and with utmost care. We will provide
receipts and official documents for the expenses incurred.

partnership in promoting and supporting sports and physical activities in our community.
