Health
In addition to this project›s special look at sandstorms in Dubai, the approach
of sustainability in architecture has also been considered in all stages of design.
Kalbod Design Studio The impact of the Absorbent Sand Storm Skyscraper on the economic and social
future of the region, as well as its interaction with the environment and people›s
health, were three central and important issues in determining sustainability

The next level is dedicated to spaces with start-up functions. In the middle part, the equipment related to the facilities is
placed and finally, the laboratories and scientific research institutes are placed. The highest level of the towers is assigned to
the helipad. Our ultimate goal is to create a multi-functional area centered on scientific research, and the laboratories and
research institutes will be used for physics, aerospace, technology, biology, and medicine.

The interior design of these skyscrapers follows a minimal approach. The use of white and black colors, especially in public areas,
both in furniture and in the selection of wall, floor, and ceiling materials has emphasized this approach. Also, the geometric form
of the towers has influenced the design of the interior parts and has caused fluidity and increased spatial quality.
