III. Introduction:

Good recordkeeping can help you to find the information you need. It
promotes the creation of full and accurate records in the first place. It also involves
storing and managing records appropriately so that the information will be available
to you whenever and wherever you need it.

IV. Problem Description:

With the enormous workload teachers have, it is very necessary that

recordkeeping must be done in a systematic but simple and accurate means. It is
also important that the gathering of data becomes fast and reliable. With this, the use
of technology and simplification of the recordkeeping system is very helpful.

V. Statement of Project Objective:

This project aims to:

1. Simplify the system of LOA Results recordkeeping through the development

of recordkeeper using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.

2. Assist teachers in managing accurate and systematic recordkeeping through

using simple but easy to use recordkeeper.
3. Use technology in keeping and managing LOA Results records.

VI. Benefits of Solving the Problem:

This project has the following benefits:

1. Simplification of the recordkeeping system through technology can ease the

workload of the actual recording and computation. It makes recording of
Learning Outcome Assessment (LOA) more efficient and more systematic but
with less effort.
2. The use of Microsoft Excel will no longer make a teacher have to manually
compute the assessment results. The use of Google Sheet will help the
teachers keep the data and access it whenever and wherever needed.
3. The use of technology provides easy and reliable means of recordkeeping as
well as fast and reliable access of data.
