Daily Tool box meetings was carried out by each work group for their personnel prior to
commencement of any work on site on the topic “TEAM WORK”.
 Daily Man-hour = 290hrs
 POB = 29 persons worked for 10 hours
 Cumulative Man-hours = 7,170hrs.

10. CHALLENGES
 Panels not moved out of SS1 RACK ROOM by SPIE.
 Revised floor cutout project drawings for Substation 10E not yet received.
