LOAN AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS AGREEMENT.
I, Arsenio L. Pacheco, Jr. of legal age with postal address of Cugman, Cagayan de Oro
City lended a loan to Mr. Loreto E. Lugatiman, Jr. also of legal age with postal
address of Block 2 Lot 14 Phase 2, Silvercreek Subdivision, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro
City; with an amount of Php Five Million Pesos Only (5,000,000.00) with a 50%
interest upon return of the said quantity. The borrowed money is payable in 12
months basis starting 1st week of April, 2022 with a monthly cheque of Php Six
Hundred Twenty Five Pesos Only (Php 625,000.00). This loan agreement will end on
1st week of March, 2023.
