1) Prices prevailing at the time of Invoicing will be applicable. This is Proforma Invoice and not a Sale Bill.
2) DD/Pay Order/Electronic Transfer should be in favour of SEVA AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD. payable at Nagpur.
3) Deliveries are subject to confirmation & availability of vehicle from MSIL.
4) The Vehicle would be delivered only to the person in whose name the booking has been made.
5) In case of non-individual customer, delivery would be made to the same authorized signatory of the company who booked the vehicle.
6) The company reserve the right to modify the procedure in regard to purchase of vehicle as & when considered necessary by it without any notice.
7) All disputes shall be Subject to Nagpur Jurisdiction only.
8) Consumer, Exchange & Corporate Offers are applicable till month end. They may change without notice.
9) The sale of the vehicle is governed by the warranty as quoted in "Warranty & Sales Booklet" supplied herewith.
10) Force Majeure Clause will be applicable to all Deliveries.
11) Cash will be accepted on Cashier Window only. Any payments paid by Cash will be refunded in cheque.
12) Vehicle Delivery will be subject to clearance of cheque/DD and will be done after Registration & Fitment of HSRP Number Plate only.
13) TCS u/s 206 C (1F) of Income Tax Act, 1961 will be applicable @ 1% or @ 5 % according to Section 206 CCA of Income Tax Act which provides for higher rate.
