SONATRACH - ORGANISATION OURHOUD, an association between the companies Sonatrach, Compañia Española Petroleos S.A.U
(CEPSA), Anadarko Algeria Company LLC, Eni Oil Algeria Limited, Maersk Olie Algeriet AS, Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi and
Talisman (Algeria) Ltd, governed by the decree 99-94 dated 19 April 1999, hereby issues a competitive restricted national and international
call for tender for :

FABRICATION AND PROVISION OF COMPLETION EQUIPMENT

“CUT TO RELEASE PREMIUM PACKERS”

IMPORTANT: this notice concerns only companies specialised in the business of fabrication and provision of the completion equipment “cut-
to-release premium packers”.

Companies interested in the present call for tender may collect an Enquiry package from the Procurement and Contract Department at the
address below; against presentment of a trade register certified copy with nomenclature corresponding to the subject of the tender.

At the first stage, bidders must hand in only the technical bid, together with the relevant administrative documents as required in the
specifications, under sealed, with no other note than following:

The closing date for technical submission of tenders is twenty-one days from the publication of the present announcement in the BAOSEM,
the date of publication being included in this period.

All tenders received by the secretariat of the Directeur Général of Sonatrach - Organisation Ourhoud after 6.00 p.m. on the closing date will be
considered null and void. Only offers sent and received before the closing date and time will be accepted.

Tender packages cannot be returned.

The bidder, only, is liable for all the bid documents preparation expenses and/or any additional document expenses, which would be
requested within this framework by Sonatrach – Ourhoud Organization during the evaluation.

Bid documents receipt of the present invitation does not commit Sonatrach Ourhoud Organization, under any circumstances, to enter the
bidder in its approved suppliers list and with greater reason to award it the contract relating to the present invitation object services.
