Decisions made during the meeting:

 Change the blue color of the text in the boxes to gray.
 Host the videos on YouTube to avoid slowing down the website.
 Resize the video in the "Why Join Us" section to fit the website with the required dimensions of 1920x600.

Action Plan :

1- Prepare the content for the Home and About Us pages this week : UTM
2- Prepare the content for the rest of the website by the end of next week : UTM
3- Begin developing the other pages of the website : Jems
4- The remaining pages should be delivered on Friday, May 12th, 2023 : Jems
