IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES
After the announcements were made about us selling a product this summer, we
immediately created a group chat in Messenger, and there we planned what would be our
product. Because of the tropical climate here in the Philippines, we decided to come up with Ice
Candy in three different flavors, such as Mango Grahams, Cookies & Cream, and Ube. Aside
from that, we also decided how much our contribution to the capital would be as we started
our business. In our preparation, after we gathered our money, we immediately bought the
ingredients and other materials needed. We didn't canvass because we would just pay it with
our own money if we got short and be paid in the next meeting, but then it didn't happen.
The day after tomorrow, we start the production of our product, following the step-by-step
procedure for making ice candy.

 Refrigerate the kremdensada and evaporada overnight or until frozen.

 The next step is to prepare all the needed materials and ingredients, such as the mixing
bowl, hand mixer, spatula, kremdensada, evaporada, condensed milk, and the
ingredients for the flavoring of ice candy.

 After opening the cans of Kremdensada and evaporada, put them all together in a
mixing bowl and start mixing them with a hand mixer (for easier mixing) until they
double in size, then gradually add 1/3 cup of condensed milk. If you notice that it's
already doubled in size, add the flavoring ingredients. If you are making Graham Mango
and Cookies & Cream Ice Candies, make sure to crush the Graham Crackers and cookies
first before adding them. Hand mix or use the spatula to mix it until you are satisfied
with its consistency.

 Prepare your funnel, ice candy bag, and measuring cup, and make sure to tie them
tightly without space so they will freeze easily. Make sure to refrigerate it immediately so
the consistency will not turn into liquid (like water), which may lead to not-so-perfect ice
candies.

We produce 120 pieces combining all three flavors that need to be refrigerated
immediately, but we weren't able to do that because it started raining and the refrigerator
wasn't with us, it still froze but not as what we expected.
Then, on May 4, 2023, our group decided to sell the product, and 19 members were
assigned to do so. The members were divided into two groups, and each group had its own ice
box. Group 1 started selling the product in the faculty office, while the other group chose to sell
it in senior high school. The two groups have food freebies; the first 20 customers who buy can
have one Pandesal with Ube ice candy as a spread, and most of the customers bought the
mango-graham ice candy. It took us 3 hours to sell all the products. Selling the products is not
easy because you need to make sure that the ice candy is fully covered with newspapers and
hand towels to avoid melting. The group also encountered delays in getting the product from
Macabalan. It was so sunny that day that the products started to melt. Although there were a
lot of struggles that the two groups experienced that day, we were still able to sell all the
products successfully.

CONCLUSION

The group decided to sell ice candy this summer due to the tropical climate here in the

offer three different flavors of ice candy, such as mango grahams, cookies and cream, and ube.
Upon following the procedures for making the ice candy, we produce 120 pieces combining all

buy can have one pandesal with Ube ice candy as a spread. It took us 3 hours to sell all the
products because we needed to make sure that the ice candies was fully covered with
newspapers and hand towels to avoid melting. Overall, we sold all the ice candy and earned
PHP 1,200, just right for the revenue as we added our total expenses to our markup, which is
25%, and divided it into 120 pieces, resulting in PHP 9.71, which we round off to PHP 10 as our
price for each product.
