of gaining support from a superior regarding an investment decision. Bring -out those potential influence on
the outcome of a situation and describe how did you do it.

ACTION POINT : Cite and recall a situation you had , how In this example, philosophy (essentialism and
existentialism) that informs the decision-making process, while sociology influences the understanding of
power dynamics and the importance of aligning with the superior's values and goals. How Did you integrate
these discipline, what were the strategic approach you made in the situation, that enhanced your chances of
winning the Favor of your superior then and obtaining support for the investment proposal.

Realizations of how challenging, but fun, life can be. Back in the days when there is less worry
and all we ever think as the young ones of our generation is that “YOU ONLY LIVE ONES”. As I
was enjoying my life without setting up life goals, I tend to mess up with every decisions I
make and ended up failing. I was a failure back in college as I focused more in my passion in
dancing, rather than my academics. I supposed to graduate back in 2014, but couldn’t. Then I
started working and enjoying the set up for couple years, not until I started to build a family of
my own. Envying my batch mates becoming successful in their respective fields, I was
challenged. I wanted to become great for my daughter and my family as well. My decision
ended up pursuing my studies and finally get a diploma in Education. Yet when we start to
dream, especially when we are inspired, we tend to dream even bigger. That is when I
decided to take the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers for the first time and I
was able to pass the examination last December 2022.
As an essentialist, I have put into plan to take my first step on realizing my diploma by
accomplising grades from the remaining subjects I had and decided to finally get my License
for Professional Teacher which I successfully accomplished.
As an existentialist, the hard lessons in life and the failures are the keys for many realizations.
It somehow motivates me to be better and make good decisions. That life maybe hard right
now, but there will come the good part in every hardships in the future. For as long as we
continue to live for ourselves and our loved ones, no matter how slow our pace, we will
actually get to the best destinations of our lives. Be inspired!
