1: You see the project in Fresh connect, and read the brief/requirements provided by the clients in order

to find the relevant experts. Understand these.

2: Use these requirements in Sales Navigator filters to find the experts in search results.

3: Review the expert's profiles in search results and shortlist the relevant ones.

4: Now use any email extraction tool like snovio, lead leaper or Apollo to extract the emails of these
shortlisted relevant profiles

5: After extraction of emails, download the list containing the emails from these tools.

6: Now upload this list to Million verifier, a tool in the Zoho vault, and verify this list. Once it is done,
download the good emails from the Million verifier only.

7: When an expert signs up with you, you have to profile them.

8: When an expert signs up with you, check from Zoho recruit, if they have answered the screening
questions or not. If not, then send them screening questions separately. You can ask for SQs in the fresh
connect project chat.

9: Remember you are not allowed to share the client details with any expert and the screening
questions with any expert before them sign-up with you.
