Introduction
Work Immersion is one of the course
requirements for graduation. A Senior High
Schoolstudent has to undergo Work Immersion in
an industry that directly relates to the
student’spostsecondary goal. Through Work
Immersion, the students are exposed to and
become familiarwith work-related environment
related to their field of specialization to enhance
theircompetence. Specifically, the students are
able to: (i) gain relevant and practical industrial
skillsunder the guidance of industry experts and
workers; (ii) appreciate the importance
andapplication of the principles and theories
taught in school; (iii) enhance their
technicalknowledge and skills; (iv) enrich their
skills in communications and human relations;
and (v)develop good work habits, attitudes,
appreciation, and respect for work. These
prepare them tomeet the needs and challenges
of employment or higher education after
graduation.Academic institutions are faced with
challenges particularly on the skills they
producedwhich do not match the needs of the
industry.

During our day on MARAMAG CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

we have a very good time gaining a lot experience while doing our
job, and our job on MCES is not a joke, some of us have a difficult
work and the difficult work gives us a deep experience and also a
deep learning experiences. I can really say that the MARAMAG
CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is one of the best elementary school
around BUKIDNON and also in MARAMAG cause every day we see
the teachers how they teach their students around that school, and I
already know how hard it is to teach the students on MCES and its
hard, the best thing to teach on them or to the students is the
disciplinary lesson, I can really say that discipline is the hardest thing
to teach on them and it is the most important thing to teach on them,
that is why I can say that the teachers of MCES is no joke teachers
can encounter a different attitude and it is horrible but the teachers of
MCES are very dedicated to teach their students, and the best thing to
have on you as teacher of elementary school is the patience, for 2
weeks of experience on MCES I discovered a lot and I also observed
the professionalism of that school, when I’m on school I can feel the
formality of the school cause you can see all teachers is on their
complete uniforms, the school is very clean, teachers have a very
great respect on us even we are just an immersionist and lastly they
teach the immersionist very well. My dream job is not a teacher but
when i experienced the job of the teacher I loved it so much i know
it’s challenging but it’s fun, and because of that experiences we
learned a lot of skills and sooner or later we can use that skills on our
future job, and we’d like to thank the MARAMAG CENTRAL
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL for the goodness that they showed on us, we felt
very blessed, we’ve met a few teachers and a lot of students and we
take them as our great friends for giving us a memorable moments on
our lives.
