1 Login to e-Filing System website at https://efs.kehakiman.gov.my

2 Enter Login ID and Password, click Login.

3 Click on Menu.

4 Click on User Profile.

5 Key in the Name or Login ID of user that you want to appoint as the new
Administrator.

6 Click Search.

7 Select the name of user that you want to appoint as the new Administrator.

*Please take note that the person to be appointed as new Administrator must be
a registered e-Filing System user.

8 Select Administrator from the Role Type dropdown list.

9 Click Save.

10 Click Yes to confirm.

11 A pop-out window will appear, click OK.

You have successfully changed the Administrator!

*Please make sure to get approval from the Head Department and the
prospective new Administrator before changing the role.

CREATE NEW EFS ACCOUNT

1 Login to EFS as Administrator. Click Menu.

2 Click User Profile.

18 Click Sign & Add to add the document to the table below.

3 Click Add User. A dialog will appear.

4 Click User Profile.

4 Fill in the required fields.

5 Click Save.

6 The new user has been added. Click OK.

1 Login to EFS as Administrator. Click Menu.

RE-ACTIVATE EFS ACCOUNT

1 Login to EFS as Administrator. Click Menu.
