TERMS & CONDITIONS (使用说明)

- If e-tickets are purchased from unauthorised agents and/or deemed to be tampered with, Sunway Lagoon Malaysia have full rights to reject admission.
- Valid for Malaysian citizens.
- Malaysian visitors must book the option for Malaysian citizens. Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to deny admission when your MyKad/MyKid
eligibility doesn't correspond to the voucher details.
- iKAD/iKID holders (given to foreign workers in Malaysia) and MyPR holders (Red IC given to Malaysian permanent residents) must book the option for
non-Malaysian citizens, as they fall under international rates. You will be denied admission if you booked the option for Malaysian citizens.
- Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to request personal identification or proof of nationality before granting admission to the attraction. Access may be
denied if ticket conditions of sale have not been met.
- One-day admission to Sunway Lagoon with access to its six themed parks namely the Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park,
Scream Park, and Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon.
- Certain rides and attractions may take time to access depending on seating capacity and time limitations.
- Certain rides and attractions may have different restrictions on age, height or usage. Guest must comply with all the rules and regulations to be
eligible.
- Sunway Lagoon admission excludes pay-per-ride activities at the Extreme Park such as bungee jump, G-Force X, and go-kart at the Water Park.
- Wristbands are valid for one-time admission only re-admission is strictly not allowed. There will also be no further revalidation for unused wristbands.
- There are many short performances and shows conducted daily. Timings of all shows are available onsite.
- Vouchers labelled as "Child" are also applicable for "Senior" and vice versa.
- Children above 90 centimetres in height and below 12 years old will be charged the child rate.
- Children below 90 centimetres can enter for free.
- The attraction only accepts a maximum of 10 guests for booking made under the same name.
- Once the booking is confirmed, no amendments can be made.
- Multiple bookings for groups with more than 10 guests will be rejected at the gate.
- Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to conduct spot checks upon redemption to ensure all tickets are purchased at or above the minimum selling price
prevailing at the purchasing date. If a customer has purchased a ticket below the minimum selling price, Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to reject
entry of the customer, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
- Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to change the operating hours, including last admission entry times without any prior notice, close any rides or
attractions, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activity without prior notice. Plan your visit ahead of time and check the attraction's
website for the latest operating hours.
- In cases of extreme weather conditions, outdoor attractions may be closed for the guests' safety. There will be no refund in the event of inclement
weather.
- Kindly refer to the Park's rules and regulation for further information at https://sunwaylagoon.com/park-rules/
- In the event of disputes, the decision of Sunway Lagoon Malaysia shall be final.
