    The first envelope was opened and it was


    from Y& A, the second enveloped was from Faigao Computer Center, and the last envelope was from Rianna Sari-Sari Store & Printing Shop. BAC Committees
    found out that only two bidders were interested except for Rianna Sari-Sari Store & Printing.
