and MAXIMA J. BERTE, all of legal age, Filipino with residence address 24B LANDS ST.
BRGY. VASRA QUEZON CITY, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, JESLINA BERTE
GOROSPE of legal age, Filipino, and resident of 24A LANDS ST. BRGY. VASRA QUEZON
CITY, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us and in our name placed and
stead to do and perform all of any of the following.

1. To represent us during the ocular investigation and relocation of the real estate property/
properties, allocated to me as a result of the extra-judicial partition of the properties left
by our deceased parent/husband, namely ISSMAT DOMAGTOY BERTE;
2. To inform us before signing any and all documents necessary to perform the said duty;
3. To acknowledge that we are only unable to be physically present in the said duties but
can and will still acknowledge all proceedings to be done;
4. To handle the necessary legal procedures pertaining to the aforementioned duties;
5. To sign and execute all documents and paper and to perform any act requisite and
necessary to accomplish said purpose and to carry out aforesaid power;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full powers

and authority to do perform every act and deed, things request or necessary to be done in, and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as might or could do if personally present.

HEREBY AND RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT

may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents.
