scrapper rings/new rubber ring is used.
Auxiliary engine no 2 sump doors opened and oil transferred to
incinerator tank via penumatic pump
Auxiliary engine no 2 sump an oil is renewed on
28.04.2022( 1000 ltrs )is used.
Deck seal pipe was leak ,defective pipe taken out and new pipe
fabricated
Deck seal pipe was replaced by new fabicated ones and tested
found satisfactory .
Auxiliary change over MDO /LSFO lever and change over
missing plate and indicator was installed properly .change over
indciation can easliy monitor in ECR panel .
Main spare piston secured on ecr deck for next overhauling .
Electrical engineer carges tube lights in Engine room upper

deck
Main engine frsh cooler (LT) water side cleaned and tested
found satisfactory .
HFO purifier is started for filling Auxiliary boiler service tank

on safe level
Renewed L.O sump tk of aux engine no.2

Both of Engine and Deck Dept. shifted new hydraulic oil to

Forecastle Deck.
Drained up Hyd. Oil from tank included system pipe and

transferred to empty drums at Forecastle Deck
Shifted previous Hyd. Oil drum to Poop Deck and transferred

Hyd. Oil to empty drums at Funnel Deck area.
Final Coating (White Paint) at Navigation Bridge Deck.
Fixed seal point nuts at COT's vapour lock.

Newly received oil shifted forward pump room ,existing oil
condition was
detoriated ,oil colour milky.

Approximately 2500 ltrs collected in empty drums and shifted
aft of
accommodation
Same oil again shifted on top of paint store via pneumatie

Please note forward hydaulic pump room tank oil transferred to
empty drums via pneumatic pp
All drums shifted aft as mentioned above .

Both of Deck and Eng Dept. completed drained up Hyd. Oil from tank included winch system
pipes and transferred to empty drums at Forecastle Deck
Refill new Hyd. Oil into winch tank and system. Running tested Fwd windlass/mooring winchs
hydraulic system No. 1 & 2 and found satisfactory.
Cleaned up and housekeeping winch area inside Forecastle Store and drain points area on deck.
Main forward pump room hydraulic system and lines plugs removed from inlet &
out lines and complete system blown by air .Trying to clear previous oil in the system
Forward pump room storage tank again throughly rinse with fresh oil .
System is completely drained and frsh oil drums transferred to stoarge tank
aprroximately 2090 ltrs ..
vessel all winches /windlass air purged and tested found satisfactory
Open crank case door of main air compressor no.3 for inspection
Open discharge valve & cooler for checking of main air compressor no.3
Saturday routine : =Test emergency fire pump,emergency generator,engine life
EM Comp ,bilge alarm ,oil mis detector ,oily water separator digital 15 ppm meter
funnel flaps,etc
