Re: EDUCATIONAL TRIP AKE KIDS.HAJJ PROGRAM

We are pleased to inform you that Al Kauthar Eduqids will be arranging a program AKE Kids.Hajj and
learning trip at Masjid Negeri Shah Alam on 6th July 2023. This day trip is a part of our outdoor activities
learning program and it is compulsory for all children from 4-6 years old.

We would like to obtain parents permission for this trip. Please fill out this form and return it to your child’s
Teacher no later than Tuesday, 27th June 2023. We advise parents to send their children to school before
8.00 am to facilitate our departure from school to Masjid Negeri Shah Alam. Furthermore, kindly bring
along own tumbler/bottle of water, small bag & to wear proper shoes.

Slip Order Items For AKE Kids.Hajj Program

The main purpose of this program is to train and educate children about Hajj worship. In order to
facilitate the program, the school has prepared a learning set that all students can use and wear (hajj
uniform/equipment). Parents are advised to buy the Hajj necessities from each Al Kauthar Eduqids
branches.
Note: All Al Kauthar Eduqids branches have already made payment of RM35/student for registration
and administration fee for this program for every student.
