Cane supply for the week may last only on or before 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 19, 2023. BH will liquidate for six (6) hrs.
At the same time boiling water for condensate production.
Milling will resume on or before 6:00 pm, Monday, February 20, 2023 as soon as we have enough canes supply for
continuous grinding.
I. Cane Preparation
A. Tipper
1. Cleaning of accumulated dirt, trashes and canes stalk at the pit including at the truck tipper area.
E. Feed drum
1. Check bearing and re-grease if necessary. Check and retighten base bolts, replace if necessary.
2. Check feed drum drive belts. Replace if necessary.
F. Shredder
1. Check Bearing base bolts, retighten if necessary.
2. Replace Shredder hammers.
G. SCE
1. Check conveying chain (pin and chain link); remove entangling rope and other foreign materials.
2. Check Tail shaft bearing at East Side, replace if found defective otherwise repack.
A. Walkers Mills
1. Roughen mill rollers.
2. Check Pressure Chute side bolts, replace if necessary and retighten.
B. Conventional Mills
1. Roughen Mill rollers.
2. Lift 2nd mill top roller and replace trash plate.
OTHERS:
1. Clean discharge after milling and take measurement of each discharge opening.
2. Service/ cleaning of cooling water line of 1 st to 4th mill X-TEK RGU.
3. Service cleaning of Mill turbine oil cooler.
4. Soda cleaning of rotary screen. Replace defective roller idler / bearing.
5. Replace bent slats at IC#1.
III. Boiler
A. Boiler Proper
1. Flushing of IDF Rotor, side box and inspection of blade and flange bolts.
2. Cleaning of furnaces and ash launders.
3. Inspection/ cleaning of boiler economizer.
4. Flushing of scrubber ducting cones.
5. Check/ Servicing of slurry pumps. Clean distribution tank.
6. Replace slurry pond water and clear slurry pump pit from accumulated ashes.
7. Cleaning of burner nozzles and servicing of BTU filters.
8. Service BMS steam trap strainer.
9. Cleaning of IDF oil filters.
10. Servicing of sampling bottles and chemical pumps.
11. Check/ Replace the packing gasket of 250 psi isolation valve.
B. Conveying System
1. Cleaning of Air Belt conveyor side guards.
2. Inspection of drive belts and reduction gear of AB conveyors.
3. Clear bagasse accumulation at tail shaft and sidings of cross conveyor.
4. Check Air Belt Conveyor #1 head drum, tail drum and counterweight from packed bagasse and foreign
materials.
5. Check Air Belt conveyor blowers.
6. Check diverter chute interlock system.
7. Check slats, pins and conveyor chain of bagasse conveyor #5.
8. Check pat-out conveyor and scratcher including return bagasse belt conveyor. Remove packed up bagasse at
pat-out scratcher head shaft sprockets.
D. Instrumentation
1. Check and Service all boiler instruments and electrical controls.
2. Check all diverter of air-belt conveyors.
