tendons encased in a polymer sheath. The strips are suitable for reinforcement or RE
Wall application in combination with concrete wall facing.

This is with reference to the above cited subjecg wherein EPC Contractor has submitted the company
cre<ientiai oi iviis -v-irentira Textiies, Gautam Budh i.iagar fuP) for soruce approvai of Geo Composite (Drain) &
Geo Strap vide letter under reference l$ cited.
The Authority's Engineer has reviewed the submitted company credential and found to be in order as
per submitted Technical Certificate, Material Test Reports, Purchase Invoice, Source approval in other NHAI
works, etc. Accordingly, Authority's Engineer has accord provisional approval for M/s Virendra Textiles as the
source for supply of Geo Composite (Drarn) & Geo Strap vide letter under reference 2nd cited mentioning that
final source approval will be give after joint factory visit and in house test of material at manufacturing unit of
lWs Virendra Textiles.
In this connection, joint factory visit was conducted on dated 03.0I.2022. During the factory visit
a
variorlbqualrty tests op the Geo-composite & Geo-Sbap were coqduc.ted and witnessed by Authority's Engineer.
The all quahty tests were formd satisfactory as per the MORT&H Standard. Copy of test reports is enclosed.
In view of above, Authority's Engineer has accord source approval of IWs Virendra Textiles, Gautarn
Budh Nagar (UP) for supply of Geo Composite (Drain) & Geo Strap in the above mentioned project subject to
the following conditions:
(i) Every oonsignment brought to the project site shouid be supported with rnarruiacturing iest cet'rificate.'
(iD All the material shall meet the requirement of MORTH and technical specifications.
(iiD" Any defrciency found pertaining to quahf; EPC Contactor shall be wholly and solely responsible for
the same.
(1v) AE reserves the right to reject the source as well as product, without any prior notice, if the product is
not found satisfactory or nct as per the standard at eny stage of r.rcrk.
