7.4 Turn on the Dosing Switch located in the control panel.

7.5 Check the raw effluent pH from the Equilization Tank. Add neutralizing Chemical,
till the pH of the Effluent is (9-10.5). Use the valve present in the lower side of tank
to control the flow. Maintain a constant flow after desired pH is attained.
7.6 Open the Alum dosing pump to allow flow of solution A to maintain a pH 9 of the
effluent from Neutralization Tank. Use the valve present in the lower side of tank to
control the flow. Maintain a constant flow after desired pH is attained.
7.7 Allow the Effluent to flow to the Flocculation Unit and add the polyelectrolyte
(Solution B) where the wastes start to sediment.
7.8 Then, feed the Effluent to the Flocculator where further sedimentation occurs by
aeration which then passes to Tube Settler 1 (TS1) and then to the MBBR Tank
which then goes to Tube settler 2 (TS2) where the solid waste are further allowed to
sediment.
7.9 After the above separation, the treated Effluent goes to the Blue Tank. Check the
pH of the Effluent in the Tank. If the pH is more than 8.5, Maintain the pH between
(7-8.5) using the dosing pump of Solution C.
7.10 Maintain the constant flow of the Solution C after desired pH is attained pH(7-8.5).
7.11 Press the button F and allow the water to flow to Dual Media Filter to the
Environment.
7.12 Set the valve at Service while running the Pump F.
7.13 When the tanks Tube Settler 1 and Tube settler 2 are filled up to one third with the
sedimented waste, open the valve present at the bottom of Tube settler and allow the
waste to collect in the collector tank at the back of the Plant.
