Regulation (EU) no 461/2010 of 2010-05-27:
This is to certify within the meaning of Point 20 of the 2010/C 138/05 supplementary guideline
that the parts distributed by us under the „ZF“, „LEMFÖRDER“, „SACHS“, „TRW“, „WABCO“ and
„BOGE“ brands are at least of equivalent quality to original parts according to Point 19 and
accordingly to Point 20 of the 2010/C 138/05 supplementary guideline.
