Background/Problem Statement/Objectives
The issue addressed by the project
management and tracking system for the XU-
COA is the difficulty in tracking which
documents passed by the organizations are
approved, pending, or cancelled.
For context, every organization is required to
pass a GPOA (general plan of activities) which
includes the event name, proposed date, and
the allotted budget.
Thus, our objective is to develop an online
system that tracks the progress of an
organization’s event through the status of its
pre- and post-documents. This, in turn, will help
audit cash inflows and outflows of each event,
as well as promote transparency while
increasing work efficiency.
The issue addressed by the grave preservation
and maintenance service system is how
cemeteries often but not neglect the physical
conditions of their graves, especially to those
that were left alone for a very long time.
The concept of this system is to create a
platform where visitors can file in a request for
grave maintenance. This is to ensure that their
loved ones’ final resting place are kept in good
condition and receive the care they deserve.
Thus, our objective is to develop an online
system that is readily available and enables
clients to trigger work or service request for
various grave maintenance services, such as
grave restoration, cleaning and beautification, in
a much more convenient way.
