Job Description:
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage customer
K ey Result Areas base and build sustainable relationship with the stakeholders in Health Care industry

K ey Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Handling a team of Sales Executives


• Delivering Sales number
- Business planning with Hospital and managing Hospital Distribution
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans &suggest new and innovative idea s
to promote and grow business
- Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets.
• Relationship management
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers for Key
Hospitals.
- Providing operational support to partners.
- Working with partners and the team to add value to partners in terms of Sales,
analytics insights & business growth strategy.
• Timely reporting of MIS and other mandatory sales reports

• MS PowerPoint and excel proficiency

Pr eferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute with 1-2 years of work
experience or fresher
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added
advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data
analytics skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
