From everyone here at MB Ranch King Blinds, we thank you for another year of
partnership. We could not do it without our remarkable team of dealers. We hope you
had a successful year and continue to prosper in 2022. At this time, we would like to
extend and offer to you our annual early-buy program. Our goal for the early-buy
discount program is to get you stocked up on the products you need with plenty of
time before hunting season.

Along with the specifications of the early-buy program, we are also including an
updated Dealer Price Sheet that will go into effect Friday, February 4, 2022. There has
been an increase on select items due to the continued rise of raw material prices. We
have battled with price increases and have made every effort to keep them as minimal
as possible. We continue to strive to manufacture the highest quality of superior
products on the market and appreciate your continued support.

The early-buy guidelines will be as follows:

○ Orders may be placed from February 4, 2022 to March 18, 2022.

○ Orders paid in full by April 18, 2022 will be discounted 7.5%.
○ Orders paid in full by May 18, 2022 will be discounted 5%.
○ Delivery fees are increasing from $2.75/mile to $3.00/mile. The delivery fee
will not be calculated into your early buy invoice, but will be priced and
invoiced at the time of delivery.
○ The delivery ticket will list every item that is on the load.

Please email your orders to sales@ranchkingblinds.com to take advantage of the

early-buy program. We ask that you review and confirm these orders for accuracy after
we enter them into our system.
