1 Booking Amount - 3 BHK - 7 Lacs & 4 BHK- 10 lacs
2 9.99 % of Agreement Value to be paid in 7 days of application/booking.
3 Floor rise applicable 50k for 4 bhk & 40k for 3 bhk from 3rd floor onwards
4 Please submit- Aadhar Card, pan Card & 2 Photographs while Booking
5 Cheque to be drawn in favour of "Grow India Nirmiti LLP Ph-2 Escrow A/c "
6 1 Lakh Maintenance applicable at the time of possession
7 Price is subject to change & Management reserves the right to withdraw/modify the above at any point.
