Severe Service Valve and Seat Assembly

Designed for severe operating environments, the TSC Severe

Service Valve and Seat Assembly is designed and manufac-
tured to provide the performance required by well service ap-
plications.

One Piece Design

The solid one piece design allows for high strength, integrity
and the ability to successfully operate in environments with high
velocity and high pressure fluids. The combination of the single
piece valve body and tapered guide legs reduce the possibility
of fluid wash cutting behind the valve guide legs.

Heat Treated and Carburized

Manufactured from chrome moly steel to strict quality stan-

dards the valve body and valve seat are heat treated and
carburized for increased durability.

The Insert

The insert is manufactured from abrasion resistant urethane

and can be easily changed in the field using simple hand tools.

Availability

Available in sizes: P-4. P-5, P-6 and P-7 the Severe Service
valve and seat is available in most popular sizes.
