    ANS We can insert table by Insert menu and from the Table icon present on the slide.
    ✔ Choose Insert → Table
    ✔ The insert Table dialog box appears
    ✔ Define the number of columns and rows.
    ✔ Click on OK.

    Ans After dwrawing shape for adding shape we can double click on the shape. The insertion point
    appears in the shape object. Now type the text. After typing the text, click on the blank area of
    the slide. The text gets added in to the shape.

    ANS The images inserted on a slides can be formatted using the Image toolbar. The Image
    toolbar can be inserted from View → Toolbars → Image
    Q13. What do you understand by transition effects?
    ANS: A Slide Transition is the visual motion when one slide changes to the next during a
    presentation.

    Q14. How do you apply a sound effct to a slide? How do you check how it sounds?
    ANS: To play a sound, select any sound effect by clicking on the drop down list of sound

    Q15. How do you set the advancement so that each slide advances to the next slide after 15
    seconds?
    ANS: To advance the slides after 15 second we have to choose Automatically after for automatic
    advancement and also specify the duration for which a particular slide stay visible.
