Troubleshooting The SFC Chapter
Objectives:
A. To teach our leaders the importance of regularly evaluating their chapters.
B. To teach our leaders how to develop / find solutions to the pastoral and functional concerns in
their area.
Dynamics:
A. Start with a prayer.
B. Group the participants according to chapter.
C. Ask them to assign a leader, secretary, and reporter for their group.
D. Give them Manila paper & pentel pens, and one hour to discuss the following:
a. problems they have encountered with the ff:,
i. Members
ii. Fellow leaders
iii. Couple coordinators
iv. Outside relationships (parish priest, CFC, etc.)
b. The following activities:
i. Household prayer meetings
ii. Chapter prayer meetings (Talk with household groupings)
iii. Chapter Assembly (Whole group sharing)
iv. ANCOP activity
v. CLPs
vi. Fellowship
c. The following aspects of their area:
i. Music ministry
ii. Pool of speakers
iii. Worship leaders
iv. Pool of SCOM talents
d. Three (3) new activities for their chapter / club.
E. Ask them to report their discussion.
F. After the discussion, ask them what they learned in the activity of troubleshooting their areas.
G. Emphasize the value of regular internal evaluation to improve their service to each other.
