Classic Beef Steak

Ingredients:

2 beef steaks (such as ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)


Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Optional: minced garlic, fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
1 spoon of chocolate
1pence of mixed chicken stock
6 pounds of beef stock
Instructions:

Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat.


Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub to coat evenly.
Place the steaks on the hot grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per
side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness.
Optional: During the last minute of cooking, add butter, minced garlic, and fresh
herbs to the skillet or grill for extra flavor.
Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
