Duties & Responsibilities
 Assesses and monitor patient's condition and institutes necessary measures
 Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and
their families.
 Carefully observe and document patient medical information and vital signs.
 Document patients' medical histories and assessment findings.
 Consult and coordinate with health care team members about whole patient care plans.
 Monitor the critical patients for changes in status and indications of conditions
