1.1 Vaccination
We encourage workers to vaccinate and share the vaccination card with the Human Resource or any
task force member. The total number of vaccinated workers stands at 65 people with the first dose, and
35 with the second dose

2.3. Access to camps and project work sites

1. Restricted entry for visitors unless approved by management
2. Sensitization of the security guard/gateman at Kajjansi camp on how to enforce the
S.O.Ps
3. Temperature checks were carried out for anyone accessing the project camps and
worksites and results recorded.

2.4. Social Distance

1. In offices, workers seat at a minimum 2 meters apart, the workforce in the field also
practice social distance where necessary.
2. Meals were not being taken from the dining room, employees advised to take meals
separately in the tent, office or dormitories
2.5. Transportation:
1. Workers staying near the camps have been walking to work
2. Everyone boarding a project vehicle was sanitized by the driver before admission

2.6 P.P.E distribution

We distributed 13 boxes of disposable nose masks to several sections of workers including
the office staff, the field team, laboratory workers, Kajjansi camp staff etc.
