I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my Professor Dr. Rodelio B.
Pasion, for the dedication, patience, and invaluable wisdom, expertise and
encouragements to make this work possible; which helped the author finished her
research despite the researchers lapses and challenges in the conduct of this study.
Also, to our Graduate School Consultant Dr. Levita B. Grana for her enlightenment,
comments, and suggestions given to accomplish this work. Also, SJIT for allowing us to
study at their school and serve as a bridge through their professor’s abilities to
communicate and impart their knowledge. For that they gave me the golden opportunity
to do this research on the topic Predictors of Work Performance among employees of
National Commission on Muslim Filipinos employees, Regional Office XIII, which also
helped me in doing a lot of Research and I came to know about so many new things, I
am really thankful to them.
Secondly, the employees of NCMF, Regional Office XIII who took part in answering the
questionnaire and of course for the honest answers they provided. I would also like to
thank my parents and friends who helped me a lot in finalizing this study within the
limited time frame. And finally, to the Almighty ALLAH, for only with His immense
wisdom, grace and mercy, everything is indeed possible.
