FRIED EGG SALAD ⭐ MONGGO PATTIES⭐

SET A: 1/4 kilo cooked monggo beans


2 pcs tomato 2 cloves garlic
1/2 cucumber 1/2 onion
1 onion 1 piece egg
2 tbsp thin slices ginger 1/4 cup flour
2 pieces green chilies 1/2 cup malunggay leaves
1/2 tsp sugar 4 tbsp flour
1 tsp pepper 1 pack all seasoning granules
6 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt salt and pepper
SET B:
4 eggs
1cup dilis
Oil, for frying

airfryer Set A:
1 block Tofu cut into cubes 350g pork kasim or belly
Oil for frying 1 ½ cups monggo (mung beans),
soaked in water 5 cups water for an hour,
1pc small white onion for boiling
3cloves garlic Set B:
100g togue 4 tbsp cooking oil
1pc carrot 1 head garlic, minced
100g baguio beans 2 pieces onions, chopped
1/2pc red bell pepper 4 pieces tomatoes, diced
Half cabbage 1 cup medium shrimps, shelled and deveined
2tbsp oyster sauce
3tbsp soy sauce Set C:
2tbsp honey or sugar Bunch of ampalaya (bitter gourd),
1/4cup water alugbati or malunggay leaves
Salt & pepper to taste Fish sauce and black pepper, to taste
Sesame oil optional

GINATAANG MONGGO with KALABASA ENSALADANG LANGKA ⭐


1 kilo pata ½ kilo Langka (unripe, boiled until tender)
1 cup monggo Salt
6 cups water
2- 3 cups coconut milk (gata) Make dressing
2 cups squash (kalabasa) 1 cup vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup coconut cream
2 pcs onions, minced 1 tbsp minced ginger
4 pcs tomatoes, chopped 1 onion
1/4 cup dried fish sauce 4 tomatoes wedge
1 cup dahon ng ampalaya Salt and pepper to taste
Ground black pepper sili, leeks
GINATAANG LANGKA (short) GINULAY NA SABA SA GATA ⭐

green chili pepper, sliced ½ kg saging na saba (or raw jackfruit without
garlic, minced seeds), cut into 1-inch cubes
dilis 2 cups water or coconut milk, for boiling
cooking oil 1/4 cup pork chunks (kasim or belly)

coconut milk 2 tbsp cooking oil
Ground black pepper 2 pcs thumb-sized ginger, chopped

1 piece onion, chopped
1 tbsp dried fish or bagoong alamang
2 cups coconut cream
Fish sauce, to taste
Finger chilies, as desired

GINATAANG TILAPIA or MACKEREL ⭐


1 pc tilapia cleaned
1 cup coconut milk
1 thumb ginger, cut into strips
1 pc onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 pcs long green chili
2 pcs red chili pepper (garnish/optional)
Ground black pepper
Pechay
Cooking oil

PINAKBET SA GATA PINAKBET


1 pack pre-chopped pinakbet mix
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
3 tbsp bagoong alamang
2 cloves garlic
2 pcs tomatoes
1/4 ginger, sliced
water
