    Dear Ma’am

    May we request our company to pay 1601-C over the counter at any bank accredited by RDO-
    45, San Juan, Due to one of the MBOS authorizer account has been “Authenticator got locked” with no
    such proper written notice from the bank and the encoder’s mobile phone got snatched, we already
    sent email to the bank regarding the error we experienced and for the modification we need to do.

    However, until now we haven’t received a response from them, We also tried to chase personally at
    METROBANK- STA.MESA
