1. Why do you think Sayako, the wife “rushes over and clothes the curtain”?

In my opinion, Sayako acted like that because she did not want to portray herself as
one of the foxes involved in the Japanese legendary story that she had told her husband. I say
this because, I can feel that her husband will be able to know the secret if he sees her true self
through the reflection on the window when her husband says that he senses his wife as an
animal. Besides, Sayako has been keeping a secret about herself and I believe that she is a fox
who has eaten ten humans to maintain herself in human form. This is because, I felt
suspicious when Sayako knew about every detail of the story, even more when she told her
husband about new fables that is used by foxes who change themselves into human shape to
bait and trap their victims. I deeply believe that even foxes that have successfully changed
their form to permanent humans, they still have a sense as animal and can also be seen in
their original form trough shadows or reflections. One day, Sayako’s secret will be revealed
because her husband suspected something when he saw glimpse of her shadow as an animal
in window glass of their house and her husband can feel the sense of his wife as an animal.
