Sub: Administrative Approval & Expenditure approval of KMC Tax re-imbursement

i.r.o. BTS at 1A, Panditiya Road, Kol-29 for the period April 2022 to March 2023
(1/2022-2023, 2/2022-2023, 3/2022-2023 and 4/2022-2023), in the name of PROSHAYAN
CHATTERJEE, (Vendor Code-5085909) of South Area under DGM/OA-South.

As per the agreement BSNL has to reimburse 50% of the KMC Tax and full Surcharge to
the Site Owner.

The owner of the above site, after payment of KMC tax of 4(four) quarters,
submitted 1(one) bill of Rs 40,668/- regarding reimbursement of KMC Tax for the
above-mentioned period April 2022 to March 2023 [Total 4(four) quarters].

The Annual Valuation Certificate issued by KMC Authority is placed at Page 36 ,

The procedure of Tax calculation is placed at Page 30 ,
The xerox copy of the KMC Tax bill is placed at Page 35 ,
The Xerox copy of paid KMC Tax bill is placed at Page 33 ,
The bills raised by the owner is placed at Page 31-32 .

Legacy file last notes are attached at Page 37-38 .

The amount of bill i.e. Rs 40,668/- submitted by the owner is less than the amount
of Rs 40,668/- as per our Tax Calculation.
