5. Diagnosis of the problem
 6. Observed clinical symptoms.
7. Treatment provided to the client. (including the death of the client if the client passed
away)

Chapter – 3 (June Summer vacation – 2023)

2. Individual report of the researcher ( Own views about the selected topic and
knowledge gained through the project work) (Two pages)
