An aircraft audit was carried out during transit check of Vietravel Airlines A321 aircraft registration
VNA-289 on 27 Apr 2023 at bay 14 in HAN station.
Checklist Form-239 was used during the audit.

The certifying staff Mr. Phan Viet Hung – SAAM 046C was interviewed and aware of the scope and x
VU procedures. iPad was brought along for accessing of maintenance data and checksheet.
OHF and paper Techlog were scanned and uploaded on SAAM library.
Toolkit and headset were borrowed via the SAAM library.

There is 1 finding during the audit.

Findings:
VU Aluminum Tape and SAAM Tape are brought on the headset bag, but there is no record for 2
issuance.
