    Dear Mayor Art,

    Last October 2022, Tropical Storm “Paeng” wreaked havoc in many parts of the country, including San
    Pedro, Laguna. Due to the flooding, many citizens of San Pedro had difficulty of accessing reliable and
    convenient transportation for their daily needs. We have deployed several buses to alleviate the plight
    of the commuting public.

    On October 29 2022, at around 10:30pm, one of our buses (Plate # ABK3003) driven by Mr. Ronald
    Buerano, who was transporting affected passengers from HBC to Langgam, while en route in Calendola,
    had accidentally damaged one of the CCTV wires owned by Brgy. Calendola.

    The damage has amounted to TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P25,000.00).

    We are humbly requesting for your office to waive the damages.

    Rest assured, once the call for service arises, we at HM Transport Inc. will not falter in rendering
    assistance to the public.
