First and foremost, Alhamdulillah and all praises to Allah S.W.T because give us
opportunity to finish this grouping assignment and his blessing throughout our research work to
complete the case study for subject English for Report Writing (EWC 661) successfully and
completely with the help of giving us patient, spirit, and strength during this sem.

Besides, we also want to give the greatest thanks to our lecturer Dr. Shazila Abdullah for
her guidance as well as providing us a lot of useful information to complete this assignment in
mannerly time. It was a great privilege and honors to be under the supervision of the lecturer.

Nevertheless, we would like to express our deepest thanks to our beloved parents for
giving us their morale support and prays for the completion of this case study and we are very
thankful for everything that they provide for us during our studies.

We would also like to extend our thanks to those who have directly and indirectly

TERMS OF REFERENCE

On 18th December 2022, the English for Report Writing lecturer (EWC661), Dr. Shazila
Abdullah instructed Muhammad Naufal Bin Fakhrul Razy (2021483258), Muhammad Zakwan
Bin Mohd Anuar (2021482852), Siti Nur Athirah Binti Mohd Isa (2021482824) and Khairah
Syafiqah Binti Samsudin (2021483314) to conduct a study and write a report on the
“Communication Skills Among Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Seri Iskandar”. This report
is to be submitted on the week of 13.
