Q. Who are eligible to apply for Scholarship Schemes?

Ans: The eligibility criteria of different schemes hosted at Har-Chhatravratti, varies from
scheme to scheme. Students studying in Haryana and fulfilling the requirements of various
scheme guidelines are eligible to apply for the scholarships. The detailed guidelines are
available on the Home Page of the Portal.
Q. Is Parivar Pehchan Patra is necessary for taking the benefit of Scholarship.
Ans: Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) is mandatory for availing any Scholarship benefit. So Student
are advised to make ensure their all particulars such as Name, DOB, Aadhar No. etc are fully
updated in PPP before applying for any scholarship scheme.
Q. How can the student register on the Har-Chhatravratti Portal?
Ans: Click on the “Register” button on Home Page. Enter the Family Id of the student. List of
Family member will be displayed in the dropdown list. Select the Student name and on OTP
will be sent to the mobile number. After validating the OTP, all the details of student will be
populated in the registration form. Enter the Password and click on Submit button. After
Registration, the applicant will get a unique username and password as SMS in the registered
mobile number.
Q. Can the applicant edit the personal information already saved?
Ans: Applicant have to first update the personal information in PPP and then click on the
“Fetch latest data from PPP” button.
Q. What should I do, if, by mistake, I apply for wrong scheme?
Ans: You can generate Cancellation Request from Student Login along with scanned copy of
application stating the reason. The request will be shown in College Login and College can
“Approve” or “Reject” the Cancellation Request of Student. If College “Approve” the request,
the wrong application of student will be deleted.
Q. What happens, if I detect mistakes after forwarding the application to the institute?
Ans: You should separately inform the mistakes detected by you to the Scholarship Nodal
Officer of your Institute. The institute has to raise the objection as incomplete application,
then the application will be available to the student for editing.
Q. How can I edit the entries, which are not editable at Institute level?
Ans: If you have to edit certain entries like Institute Name, Course & Branch, annual Income
etc. , which are not editable at Institute level, you should request the Scholarship Nodal
Officer of your Institute to “Raise the objection” on your application, mentioning the mistakes
detected by you. The Application will then be made available at Student level, by the software.
You can then log-in using provided User-id & password and edit the required details. After
editing, submit the application again so that it will be forwarded to the Institute.
Q. What should I do, if, by mistake, I select and submitted my application to a wrong institute?
Ans: You can approach the concerned institute and ask them to raise the objectionon your
application. On Objection, the application will be made available to you for editing purpose.
You can make correct selection of Institute. Submit the application again, and forward the
application to your Institute.
Q. What should I do, if I do not find my institute name in the drop-down menu?
Ans: You should immediately approach the institute to contact with the Nodal Officer of the
implementing department which in turn will register the institute and map with Sanctioning
Authority then it will be accessible to you.
Q. What should I do, if I do not find my course name in the drop-down menu?
Ans: You should immediately approach the institute to contact on the email id of their
department which in turn will add the course.
Q. Whether I have to scan the certificates and upload in the system before forwarding the
online application to the institute?
Ans: Yes, you have to upload the scanned copy of the required documents as per the scheme
guidelines.
Q. How to check the status of my application?
Ans: You can check the status of your application anytime. After logging in, you can check the
status of applied application on Dashboard. Or you can click on the “Track Application” button
on Home Page. Enter the Aadhar No, Scheme and Scheme, this will provide you current /
latest status of your Scholarship Application.
Q. How can I apply for PMS Scholarship, if I am a student of Institute, located outside
Haryana?
Ans: If you are domicle of Haryana and studying in outside Haryana institute, then Register
on Har-Chhatravratti Portal and apply for PMS Scholarship. You have to upload the five
additional documents. Your application will be directly verified by the Department.
Q. Is Aadhar Seeding is necessary for taking the benefit of Scholarship.
Ans: Aadhaar Seeding to bank account is an important requirement for beneficiaries of
various DBT schemes to receive DBT benefits in the account. So all the Students are advised
to get the Aadhar Seeding done in their Bank account before applying for the scholarship to
avoid the payment failure.
Q. What is the process of Aadhar Seeding?
Ans: Following is the process flow of Aadhaar seeding:
I. Customer to visit the bank branch where he / she is holding an account and submit
the duly filled consent form.
II. The bank officials after verifying the details and documents provided (as may be
required) and authenticity of the customer based on the signature will accept Aadhaar
seeding consent form and provide an acknowledgement to the customer.
III. The branch will then link the Aadhaar number to the customer’s account and also in
NPCI mapper.
IV. Once this activity is completed and Aadhaar number will reflect in NPCI mapper.

Q. Is Aadhar seeding same as Aadhar Linking?

Ans: No, Aadhar Seeding is different from Aadhar Linking. Having only Aadhar Linking will not
be eligible for DBT.

प्र. छात्वृलि यरजनाओों के ललए आवेदन करने के ललए कौन पात् हैं ?
उिर: हर-छत्रवत्ती में आयोजित जवजिन्न योिनाओं की पात्रता मानदं ड, योिना से योिना में जिन्न होती है ।
हररयाणा में पढ़ने वाले और जवजिन्न योिना जदशाजनदे शों की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने वाले छात्र
छात्रवृजत्त के जलए आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं । जवस्तृत जदशाजनदे श पोर्ट ल के होम पेि पर उपलब्ध हैं ।

प्र. क्या छात्वृलि का लाभ लेने के ललए पररवार पहचान पत् आवश्यक है ?
उिर: जकसी िी छात्रवृजत्त लाि का लाि उठाने के जलए पररवार पहचान पत्र (पीपीपी) अजनवायट है ।
इसजलए छात्रों को सलाह दी िाती है जक वे जकसी िी छात्रवृजत्त योिना के जलए आवेदन करने से पहले
पीपीपी में अपने सिी जववरण िैसे नाम, डीओबी, आधार संख्या आजद को पूरी तरह से अपडे र् कर लें।

प्र. छात् हर-छत्विी परर्ट ल पर कैसे पोंजीकरण करा सकता है ?

उिर: होम पेि पर “Register” बर्न पर क्लिक करें । छात्र का पररवार आईडी दिट करें । पररवार के
सदस्य की सूची डरॉपडाउन सूची में प्रदजशटत की िाएगी। छात्र के नाम का चयन करें और ओर्ीपी मोबाइल
नंबर पर िेिा िाएगा। ओर्ीपी को मान्य करने के बाद, पंिीकरण फॉमट में छात्र के सिी जववरण िरे
िाएं गे। पासवडट दिट करें और सबजमर् बर्न पर क्लिक करें । पंिीकरण के बाद, आवेदक को पंिीकृत
मोबाइल नंबर पर एसएमएस के रूप में एक जवजशष्ट उपयोगकताट नाम और पासवडट प्राप्त होगा।

प्र. क्या आवेदक पहले से सहेजी गई व्यक्तिगत जानकारी कर सोंपालदत कर सकता है ?

उिर: आवेदक को पहले पीपीपी में व्यक्लिगत िानकारी को अपडे र् करना होगा और जफर "पीपीपी से
नवीनतम डे र्ा प्राप्त करें " बर्न पर क्लिक करना होगा।

प्र. अगर गलती से मैं गलत यरजना के ललए आवेदन कर दे ता हों तर मुझे क्या करना चालहए?
उिर: आप कारण बताते हुए आवेदन की स्कैन कॉपी के साथ छात्र लॉजगन से रद्दीकरण अनुरोध उत्पन्न
कर सकते हैं । अनुरोध कॉलेि लॉजगन में जदखाया िाएगा और कॉलेि छात्र के रद्दीकरण अनुरोध को
"स्वीकृजत" या "अस्वीकार" कर सकता है । अगर कॉलेि अनुरोध को "स्वीकार" करता है , तो छात्र का
गलत आवेदन हर्ा जदया िाएगा।

प्र. सोंस्थान कर आवेदन अग्रेलित करने के बाद अगर मुझे गललतयरों का पता चलता है तर क्या हरगा?
उिर: आपको अपने संस्थान के छात्रवृजत्त नोडल अजधकारी को आपके द्वारा खोिी गई गलजतयों को अलग
से सूजचत करना चाजहए। संस्थान को अपूणट आवेदन के रूप में आपजत्त उठानी होगी, तब आवेदन संपादन
के जलए छात्र को उपलब्ध होगा।

प्र. मैं उन प्रलवलियरों कर कैसे सोंपालदत कर सकता हों , जर सोंस्थान स्तर पर सोंपादन यरग्य नही ों हैं ?
उिर: यजद आपको संस्थान का नाम, पाठ्यक्रम और शाखा, वाजषटक आय आजद िैसी कुछ प्रजवजष्टयों को
संपाजदत करना है , िो संस्थान स्तर पर संपादन योग्य नहीं हैं , तो आपको अपने संस्थान के छात्रवृजत्त नोडल
अजधकारी से अपने आवेदन पर "आपजत्त दिट करने " का अनुरोध करना चाजहए। आपके द्वारा खोिी गई
गलजतयों का उल्लेख करना। आवेदन तब सॉफ्टवेयर द्वारा छात्र स्तर पर उपलब्ध कराया िाएगा। जफर
आप प्रदान की गई यूिर-आईडी और पासवडट का उपयोग करके लॉग-इन कर सकते हैं और आवश्यक
जववरण संपाजदत कर सकते हैं । संपादन के बाद, आवेदन को जफर से िमा करें ताजक इसे संस्थान को
अग्रेजषत जकया िा सके।

प्र. यलद गलती से मैं अपना आवेदन गलत सोंस्थान में चुनकर जमा कर दे ता हों तर मुझे क्या करना
चालहए?
उिर: आप संबंजधत संस्थान से संपकट कर सकते हैं और उन्हें अपने आवेदन पर आपजत्त उठाने के जलए
कह सकते हैं । आपजत्त होने पर, आवेदन आपको संपादन के उद्दे श्य से उपलब्ध कराया िाएगा। आप
संस्थान का सही चयन कर सकते हैं । आवेदन को जफर से िमा करें , और आवेदन को अपने संस्थान को
अग्रेजषत करें ।

प्र. यलद मुझे ड्रॉप-ड्ाउन मेनू में अपने सोंस्थान का नाम नही ों लमलता है , तर मुझे क्या करना चालहए?
उिर: आपको कायाट न्वयन जविाग के नोडल अजधकारी से संपकट करने के जलए तु रंत संस्थान से संपकट
करना चाजहए, िो बदले में संस्थान को पंिीकृत करे गा और स्वीकृजत प्राजधकरण के साथ नक्शा तैयार
करे गा, तब यह आपके जलए सुलि होगा।

प्र. यलद मुझे ड्रॉप-ड्ाउन मेनू में अपने पाठ्यक्रम का नाम नही ों लमलता है , तर मुझे क्या करना चालहए?
उिर: आपको तुरंत संस्थान से उनके जविाग की ईमेल आईडी पर संपकट करना चाजहए िो बदले में
पाठ्यक्रम को िोड़ दे गा।

प्र. क्या मुझे सोंस्थान कर ऑनलाइन आवेदन अग्रेलित करने से पहले प्रमाणपत्रों कर स्कैन करना
हरगा और लसस्टम में अपलरड् करना हरगा?
उिर: हां , आपको योिना के जदशा-जनदे शों के अनुसार आवश्यक दस्तावेिों की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड
करनी होगी।

प्र. मेरे आवेदन की क्तस्थलत की जाोंच कैसे करें ?

उिर: आप किी िी अपने आवेदन की क्लस्थजत की िां च कर सकते हैं । लॉग इन करने के बाद, आप
डै शबोडट पर आवेदन की क्लस्थजत की िां च कर सकते हैं । या आप होम पेि पर "र्र ै क एक्लिकेशन" बर्न पर
क्लिक कर सकते हैं । आधार नंबर, योिना और योिना दिट करें , यह आपको आपके छात्रवृजत्त आवेदन
की वतटमान / नवीनतम क्लस्थजत प्रदान करे गा।

प्र. यलद मैं हररयाणा के बाहर क्तस्थत सोंस्थान का छात् हों , तर मैं पीएमएस छात्वृलि के ललए कैसे
आवेदन कर सकता हों ?
उिर: यजद आप हररयाणा के मूल जनवासी हैं और हररयाणा के बाहर के संस्थान में पढ़ रहे हैं , तो हर-
छत्रवत्ती पोर्ट ल पर पंिीकरण करें और पीएमएस छात्रवृजत्त के जलए आवेदन करें । आपको पां च अजतररि
दस्तावेि अपलोड करने होंगे। आपका आवेदन सीधे जविाग द्वारा सत्याजपत जकया िाएगा।

प्र. क्या छात्वृलि का लाभ लेने के ललए आधार सीलड्ों ग आवश्यक है।
उिर: खाते में डीबीर्ी लाि प्राप्त करने के जलए जवजिन्न डीबीर्ी योिनाओं के लािाजथटयों के जलए आधार
को बैंक खाते से िोड़ना एक महत्वपूणट आवश्यकता है । इसजलए सिी छात्रों को सलाह दी िाती है जक
वे छात्रवृजत्त के जलए आवेदन करने से पहले अपने बैंक खाते में आधार सीजडं ग करवा लें ताजक िुगतान
जवफलता से बचा िा सके।

प्र. आधार सीलड्ों ग की प्रलक्रया क्या है ?

उिर: आधार सीजडं ग का प्रोसेस फ्लो जनम्नजलक्लखत है :
I. ग्राहक को उस बैंक शाखा में िाना होगा िहां उसका खाता है और जवजधवत िरा हुआ सहमजत
फॉमट िमा करें ।
II. बैंक अजधकारी प्रदान जकए गए जववरण और दस्तावेिों (आवश्यकतानुसार) और हस्ताक्षर के
आधार पर ग्राहक की प्रामाजणकता की पुजष्ट करने के बाद आधार सीजडं ग सहमजत फॉमट को
स्वीकार करें गे और ग्राहक को एक पावती प्रदान करें गे।
III. शाखा जफर आधार संख्या को ग्राहक के खाते से और एनपीसीआई मैपर में िी जलंक करे गी।
IV. एक बार यह गजतजवजध पूरी हो िाने के बाद और आधार संख्या एनपीसीआई मैपर में जदखाई दे गी।
प्र. क्या आधार सीलड्ों ग और आधार ललोंलकोंग एक ही है ?
उिर: नहीं, आधार सीजडं ग, आधार जलंजकंग से अलग है । केवल आधार जलंजकंग होने से डीबीर्ी के जलए
पात्र नहीं होंगे।
